Lawrence Rebbecchi Jr. VMD and Philadelphia Animal Hospital Benefactors
Lawrence and Phyllis both grew up in South Philadelphia. Lawrence was a draftsman who worked for Raytheon Corp. He was a great role model for me and my brothers. We all owe our success and work ethic to him and his values.. Unfortunately in 2019 he succumbed to asbestosis and related mesothelioma from exposure at the Philadelphia Naval Yard. Phyllis was a homemaker and too was a great role model for our family. She instilled Catholic values into our lives that we still carry on today. They both believed in education and would be proud of this scholarship.
Each year we award scholarships to Grade, High School and College/University families in need of financial support towards a Catholic education.
